Your phone Battery, another disease causing virus

As the digits of your battery percentage drops to below 50%, your heart starts to race, you start to look for that USB or power bank when it clocks to less than 20%. If you fail to get that USB, you start to plan how to stop whatever you have been doing. Well, I must say we’ve all been there.
The feeling you get when your phone battery gets low is nothing compared to the big disturbance in a relationship. Many people may consider it something very small and ignore not knowing that its short of anxiety-induction. So why should phone battery worry us, why must we talk about it. Continual worry of that battery causes a disease called Nomophobia which I have consistently talked about. In this article, I will be discussing why you need to turn it off. It could really save you a lot.

If you own pretty much any modern mobile smartphone, there’s a constant reminder of your doom in the top right corner of your device. Yes, that percentage mark is more than mere numbers. It’s a constant countdown. The worry that your phone will die and you’ll be left with that boredom is the big worry.

With that in mind, here’s why you should turn off your battery percentage.

The Percentage Makes You Obsessive. There’s nothing healthy about obsessing over your phone’s battery life. If you find yourself stressing and worrying about it, that’s a major problem.

This small yet significant difference could be integral to your sense of perspective. Understanding that your phone may be low is one thing, but counting down every minute, second, and millisecond until that happens is quite another. Once you switch it off, you can relax for a moment and take a breath. Ahh!

Having this kind of stress can cause you some other diseases which are much more expensive to treat. The diseases related to stress include heart diseases which arise because of the high blood pressure. Stress increases the heart rate and blood flow which causes the release of cholesterols and triglycerides into the blood stream.
Stress also brings about headaches depressions, anxiety, gastrointestinal problems among others.

The stress caused by those battery digits counting down in your phone can increase asthama, obesity and diabetes. All these body complications are because stress causes higher levels of the hormone cortisol.

So must we keep our phone batteries’ percentages on and warning, probably not. Some may suggest that we must keep our phones charging always so that we can save ourselves that stress.

Overcharging Your Phone is also another Problem
As if that weren’t reason enough, another seriously crucial reason that you need to get rid of that percentage sign is the risk of overcharging.

When you get into an anxious cycle with your device, you may be tempted to charge it too much. This over-the-top charging habit could wear out the battery of your phone earlier than normal. That means that you may end up needing a new phone sooner than you otherwise would.

So, if you’re the type of person who reaches for their USB cable whenever your percentage drops a tad, it’s time to change your ways. You may well be charging your phone unnecessarily. That percentage sign is misleading you and making you believe that constant charging is your only option.
So how must be avoid the stress and yet keep our phones off. It's simple not complicated. Well we must find ways to stop the spending of our all day time using the phone. Imagine how long your battery would last if you spend 3hours time less than the usual time you use your phone.

One thing you must avoid is also being addicted to your phone. Many people still believe that they aren't addicted to their phones. Well this SMART PHONE ADDICTION
